Terms & Conditions – CTA After School Clubs

Clubs at Upland are for Upland students only at this time.
By enrolling your child to our Clubs, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Registration & Payment:

• Registration is final upon full payment.
• We do not offer free trials for our school clubs. 
• We do not accept childcare vouchers. 
• There are no refunds for missed sessions due to student absence, school trips, illness or swapping clubs,
• Places are non-transferable, meaning registration and payment cannot be transferred to a different student.
• If we have agreed in writing to a split payment plan you are still contracted to pay the entire term in full.

Medical Conditions:
Parents/Carers must disclose any medical conditions or allergies when signing-up to ensure the safety and well-being of their child.

Respectful Behaviour:
Students are expected to treat each other with respect at all times. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in dismissal from the club.

Snack Policy:
We run a NO NUTS Policy.

Pick-up:
Parents/Carers are required to pick up their child on time. While we understand that occasional delays may occur, continual late pickups may result in a late pickup fee.
Late pickups will be considered on a term basis. If a child is picked up later than 10 minutes twice or more within a term, a fee of £5 per late pickup will be charged to cover Teacher/Coach extended working hours.

Cancelled Sessions/Teacher Absence:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, school closures, staff illness, force majeure events, or other unexpected occurrences, CTA reserves the right to cancel club sessions. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements. If we are unable to reschedule the session or provide alternative arrangements, we will send you a discount code for the cost of the club, which can be used for future CTA club bookings. Please note that we offer to reschedule sessions first, and only if rescheduling is not possible will a discount code be provided. We are not able to offer refunds.

Teacher/Coach Changes:
CTA reserves the right to change club teachers or coaches at any time without prior notice. Some sessions may be covered by cover teachers or coaches.

Enhanced DBS Checked Teachers/Coaches:
Our coaches are DBS checked and have received training in performing arts to ensure the safety and quality of our programs.

Complaints Procedure:
Any complaints should be made directly to CTA Principals Jack Everson & Florence Champion via email at Info@ChampionsTheatreArts.co.uk

Safety and Supervision:
CTA is committed to providing a safe and supervised environment for all students. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our students, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in our clubs involves inherent risks. Parents/Carers understand that their child may be involved in physical activities and performances as part of the club, and they accept responsibility for any associated risks.

Data Protection:
CTA complies with the Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations. Personal information provided by Parents/Carers will be used solely for the purposes of administering club activities and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Change of Contact Details:
Parents/Carers are responsible for informing CTA of any changes to their contact details.
It is important to keep us informed of any changes to ensure effective communication regarding club activities and updates.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
CTA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents/Carers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the club constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
